Distressing symptoms, whether they be depression, anxiety, a sense of meaninglessness, addictions, or behavior problems can be painful and debilitating. As your therapist, I consider it my job to help you understand and utilize such symptoms as opportunities for growth. With the help of effective therapy, in fact, periods of stagnation and despair can serve as catalysts that allow us to discover previously unknown levels of happiness, prosperity, and inner peace. As your symptoms diminish, together we will work towards expanding your capacity for work, love, and creativity. I offer a free initial consultation period for all new patients. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, with specializations in mindfulness-centered psychodynamic psychotherapy, and a background in addiction treatment at UCLA's Addiction Medicine Clinic. I believe that good therapy should be accessible to everyone, and I am committed to doing my absolute best to make your treatment affordable. I also offer a free consultation. I treat individuals both in person, as well as remotely within the state of California via phone and Skype.
