I had received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and minor in Education in 2004 from Touro College, and obtained my Clinical Social Worker degree from Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in 2006. I had worked with adults and the elderly. I specializes in depression, anxiety disorder, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and bereavement, self-love and care. I also worked at a Community Health Home for people with various mental health issues. My background of being bilingual and bicultural psychotherapist and consultant has helped her develop expertise and better sensitivity and awareness to work with diverse individuals and populations. I define the role I take on as a life coach with a strength-based approach. I am easy to trust and builds a lasting rapport with her clients. empathic, caring and compassionate. I use variety of approaches which include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, problem solving skills, and client centered therapy. I also has years of experience in working with adults and the elderly in a Managed Long Term Care setting, providing Case Management and consulting on benefits and Home care.
