About

I use my personal, educational, and professional experiences and strong attunement to my intuition to guide my therapy style. My clients describe me as caring, personable, gentle, and real. My sessions are collaborative, empowerment-based, and include moments of humor. Due to my value of cultural humility, I use holistic (mind-body-spirit-soul), trauma-informed, and social justice approaches to establish a soulful connection and unique healing experience for each person I support. Working with diverse populations and mental health settings (i.e. college, inpatient, healthcare, etc.) also allows me to be adaptable to each client.

Healing is needed much more than ever now. I particularly focus on healing victims/survivors of trauma including trauma from experiencing injustice. I also specialize in EMDR and healing healers (i.e. self-identified, healthcare workers, and anyone who choose to be and/or end up being the “leader", “representative” or "go to person" in their social network).

I hope that by providing a warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply compassionate space, you'll feel comfortable to express your true self, demystify the healing process, and find creative ways to feed your soul. I hope you'll feel safe to learn how to free yourself from trauma patterns that keep you stuck and/or empower yourself to transform internalized oppression.
