About

Foundational to my practice is the idea that we all deserve to be seen, heard, understood, and cared for. I am passionate about working with individual adults experiencing challenges with stressful life transitions, relationship concerns, identity development, trauma, and struggles with anxiety and depression. I use a biopsychosocial approach to attend to mind, body, and heart to create greater resilience and a deeper connection with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

A passion of mine is working with adults with ADHD, helping my clients embrace their neurodiversity and overcome the cultural, internal and relational layers of shame, stigma, and confusion. I have created specific training in delivering climate-aware psychotherapy and provide therapy to climate-distressed and climate-stressed individuals.

I bring my full self into the therapy room and feel privileged to witness and support people in their healing process. I use a strength-based approach, recognizing and highlighting the resources and innate wisdom that already exist inside of my clients. We’ll examine where you are, where you came from, and what holds you back from where you’d like to go.
