About

Accepting new Clients! I believe that everyone can benefit from finding someone to help foster self compassion, connection, and trust. Whether you are struggling with life changes, relenting intrusive thoughts, or low self esteem, therapy can be a wonderful and supportive tool. Specifically designed to support you in navigating and healing, it can provide an opportunity to become the best version of yourself. Feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of what to do next? Together we will identify your personal goals and begin to explore and identify the deeper issues keeping you stuck and disconnected from fully participating in life.

I strive to offer and provide a safe and supportive environment where you are able to feel heard and validated. Although I am partial to the Cognitive Behavioral Approach (CBT), my experience has allowed me to work from multiple modalities that best serve you and your needs. Together we will explore and discuss what will best work for you and your goals.

For most, this process can be challenging and intimidating. My goal is to help guide you through these decisions and provide you with the skills and support needed in continuing to navigate this world. I look forward to helping you better yourself, your life, and your mind.
