About

I specialize in supporting Gen-Z and Millennials who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma or difficulty with life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to life after college, exploring new career paths, managing relationships, starting a family or facing changes in your personal identity, I am here for you. As a therapist I offer a warm, attuned, and authentic space where you can process, grow, and thrive. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultivating a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can safely explore your feelings, gain clarity, and develop practical tools.

I use several therapeutic modalities to best fit your needs, including psycho-dynamic, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness. I will tailor our work to meet your unique needs. We’ll work together to help you build stronger connections, gain deeper insight into your life’s path, and develop healthier habits to navigate young adulthood.

I believe that everyone can benefit from speaking to a therapist, as we all have stressors that impact our daily lives. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and I am committed to providing a safe space for you to tap into your own innate wisdom.
