Hi! I am an LPCC in Kentucky and trained in working with adults with a variety of mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-esteem/self-confidence, stress related concerns, adjustment issues, grief and substance use. I strive to meet my clients where they are and ensure my office is a safe space for them to process any issues or challenges they are facing to help in achieving their goals. My experience includes working in an outpatient counseling setting, as well as substance use treatment programs, providing both individual and group therapy. I utilize evidenced-based practices and therapeutic techniques such as client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and reality therapy. It takes a lot of courage to show up for yourself and work on the changes you would like to see in your life!
