Using a strength-based therapeutic style centered around your knowledge and experience allows us to find strategies that will support you in managing unwanted symptoms. Using a trauma informed lens allows us to explore the familial, relational, and systemic factors that shape your experiences. I use mindfulness techniques and an approach influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to help you gain agency and understanding of the interactions between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together we will develop the insight and tools that can improve the quality of your relationships and emotional life and allow you live in a more authentic and intentional way.
