Why did you start again? What caused you to do it? What was going on in that moment? That is what we need to discover. That will end the addiction. I work with people suffering from addictions – sex, porn, social media, drugs and alcohol – from a psychodynamic perspective, to discover what causes the thought, feeling, or sensation to continue to use. I also work with men and women suffering anxiety, depression and trauma. If you seek to understand why your negative thoughts or actions recur and are struggling to find joy, with others and within, text or call to begin the recovery. To heal. I have extensive training through the Aaron Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the New Center for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, as well as group therapy training with the American Group Psychoanalytic Association. I have also worked in Psychiatric Facilities, Detox Centers and run the Support Center at a Cancer Hospital. If you are struggling with addiction, or anxiety and depression, or PTSD, you should know that healing is possible.
