Trauma is something that affects us all and those effects can last a lifetime. A caring and understanding therapist allows a safe space to process emotions and memories that may be blocking your road to healing. Together we will look at patterns and behaviors throughout your past and work on your own unique treatment plan to guide you to living a happier and more truthful life. I am trained in EMDR therapy and have experience working with trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, abuse, people with felonies/criminal backgrounds, and LGBTQIA+ clients. Therapy will focus on self-regulation, mindfulness, and processing emotions and memories in a safe and comfortable space. My approach to each client is to listen with an understanding of someone else’s lived experiences and to create an environment that is positive and allows anyone to explore issues without fear of judgment.
