About

Therapy is political. We live in a world where genocides are livestreamed, and we continuously experience collective traumas. As a kinky, non-binary, neurodivergent, and polyamorous human I understand what it’s like to dream of a better world while holding space for the suffering of the present. Vulnerability with ourselves and our community is the way forward and I honor that we are all in different places in that journey. We all deserve joy and pleasure and a world without imperialism and capitalism.

My areas of expertise are complex trauma, depression + SI, neurodiversity + plurality, and gender + sexuality. I help clients reconnect with their authenticity and thrive on the other side of complex trauma. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT, Somatic & Attachment Focused EMDR, and utilize a variety of somatic based approaches.

I create a therapeutic environment that invites vulnerability, celebrates your individuality, builds safety and connection, and can meet you where you are in your healing journey. You deserve a therapist that values you and trusts that you are the expert in yourself.
