About

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are in need of a safe and honest space to process life experiences. I enjoy helping people process trauma, abusive patterns, and helping them find restored connection in their relationships and with life itself. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to create a courageous space where you can work on finding a more connected and meaningful life. I firmly believe in an integrated perspective on health, and I strive to consider the whole person in our work together—body, mind, and spirit. Your unique needs will determine our direction.

While I can provide clinical assessment as we work on your specific goals, my ultimate desire is to listen carefully to your life and story, extending no judgment, offering no easy answers. I work to help you welcome emotions, discover meanings, recognize patterns, and explore options while supporting you to think kindly and clearly about yourself.

Choosing a therapist is no small task – I encourage you to reach out to see if we would be a good fit for this work, whether short-term or for the long-haul. Let's reimagine together what life could look like for you. I look forward to connecting with you. My office is located in the community of Mountlake Terrace.
