About

I value the unique experiences and narratives that an individual brings to their therapeutic process and celebrate the willingness to lean into the often-difficult work that therapy can elicit. It is my hope that the therapeutic process will illuminate the patterns and events that can and have created conflict and stress; and inhibit one’s feeling of wellbeing.

I endeavor to create a therapeutic environment that is centered in positive regard, nonjudgmental, collaborative, and seeks to empower the ability to make meaningful change in one’s life. I believe that a foundation for the effective therapeutic relationship is trust, validation, and compassionate accountability.

I understand that the process of therapy can be daunting and uncomfortable; and my hope is that you're able to lean into the process, embrace vulnerability and open yourself to the possibility of healing, growth, and change.
