I work with adults, couples, and teens struggling with an array of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief, relationship challenges, vocational decisions, and other major life transitions. Helping parents who have gone through divorce and those with blended families is work that is especially close to my heart. I know firsthand the difficulties of these experiences and the immense reward of working through the interpersonal challenges associated with them. I am a current graduate student at George Fox University, and my primary approach to working with clients is Restoration Therapy. This model uses mindfulness, attachment theory, and emotional regulation for a holistic approach to bettering mental health and relationships. Most of my background is in the business world, but I always had the underlying thought inside of me about having a career helping others work through personal and interpersonal issues.
