If you are looking for help determining a direction, establishing more peace or satisfaction in your life, or just seeking additional information or help for managing a specific disorder, I can help. I have experience working with neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring complexity (when substance use is also present). I provide an approach in which one learns compassion-based resilience, and this is to say that we can learn to give ourselves a break, while also working toward empowerment or taking control. My approach is about personal exploration, affirmation, and sometimes taking action toward change. My style is kind, curious, and direct when needed. Depending on the client, I can utilize humor. I also love working with people to establish new perspectives, insight, and contextual awareness. In my experience, people are doing the best that they know how to do, which means that I don't make judgements, and I meet you where you are. My objective is always to help clients get what they want out of life and help them identify what is good for them as individuals.
