My ideal patient would be someone who has realized that something in his or her life seems to not be working in the way that person has expected or wished for. That individual would be thoughtful and open to exploration and discovery of previously unknown factors that may be interfering with life. I also have a strong belief in each individual's ability to discover for oneself what fits best for him or herself. It is my job to help my patients come to recognize their ability to find what that may be. I have done alot of work with young adults who are in the process of defining their identities. I find this a very interesting and satisfying group with which to work as issues regarding work, relationships and establishing one's own independence are all being examined. I believe that I bring a combination of experience and knowledge to my work and truly enjoy working with my patients.
