I believe that everyone can benefit from having an empowering, nonjudgmental therapist in their life. You may feel like you’re functioning okay on the outside but have disruptive thoughts, challenging relationships, or past situations that interrupt your life. I can provide you or your child with a space where you can be your authentic self while working towards making changes, overcoming difficulties, and coping with life’s variety of challenges. I specialize in OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, grief/loss, and emotional dysregulation. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities (including ERP, CBT, ACT, and DBT) to provide an individualized approach to help adults, adolescents, children, and families work towards achieving their goals. I recognize and respect that every individual comes with their own unique culture, background, and experiences. If you have any questions or are interested in scheduling a session, I am available to meet both virtually and in-person. Please feel free to reach out to me via email. I look forward to meeting with you.
