About

I see each person’s story as unique, and therefore have an integrative and individualized approach to the therapeutic process. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of the stories we create about our lives, both through experience and in relationship, and I see therapy as an opportunity to reshape our stories.

I work to help my clients remember their strengths and find growth through acceptance and self-compassion as they seek a deeper understanding of themselves. I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative and dynamic process, and we will work together to explore areas for change.

Reaching out can be so hard, I know. But I hope you will. You will find our sessions to be a warm, compassionate space for us to explore what is meaningful to you.
