About

I help people achieve healing and wellness in their lives by focusing on positivity and internal strengths. I believe the mind and the body connect and affect one another. This is why I believe therapy can help people who are feeling overwhelmed with big emotions, having difficulties with life transitions, struggling with past traumas, feeling anxieties over the future, repair or create healthy connections or relationships with others and obtain inner peace.

I help those who have experienced grief connected to the death or loss of a pet or animal companion. I help with normal, complicated, traumatic or anticipatory grief. I believe, that just like our human loved ones, our animal companions become very much a part of our family. Therefore, I help people process grief and loss without judgment.

I am a bilingual and bicultural (Spanish-speaking) therapist. I view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative with mutual respect, non-judgemental, compassionate and warm. I am committed to help people discover and/or rediscover their internal strengths and resiliencies to help create positive ways in which to handle life stressors.
