Aloha, and thank you for taking a look at my profile. Feeling stuck? Not sure what narrative about you or this life you should focus on? Intention and manifestation are important pieces, as is acceptance and presence with all of a persons parts. Bringing shadow parts into the light, letting go of attachment to circumstance, along with self inquiry enables the transition to happen. Accessing this inner liberation, equips us to handle more effectively what is happening in our personal lives and in the world around us collectively. I meet my clients where they are currently. I also utilize shadow work, EMDR, and inner child work, so as to suspend judgement on self and work towards healing and self-growth. To become a more evolved, healed version of self. I believe that we need to feel heard, to feel safe, and to be provided a space to tell our story without judgement and with empathy.
