I am committed to working dynamically with individuals so they can live healthier, fuller, more meaningful lives. My treatment approach is rooted in Jungian-oriented psychotherapy, Focusing and other somatic practices, and Collaborative Problem Solving. I hold a Masters degree in Social work with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practice from Columbia University. I offer counseling sessions tailored to each individual‘s unique experience — taking into account biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors — and guiding a process that acknowledges and respects a person’s inherent wisdom toward wholeness and healing. I have experience working with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences with particular expertise working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, or simply needing support navigating through life’s crossroads. My practice is a welcoming and safe space open to individuals of any age, gender, orientation, race, or religion. I am licensed in both Tennessee and New York and offer weekly teletherapy sessions with weekday, weekend, and evening appointments available.
