About

Whether you feel down or anxious, doubt yourself, unhappy with work or relationship, or struggle navigating through life transitions, therapy is a safe space to explore feelings, identify and remove blocks, and find the path to inner peace. I’m dedicated to help you understand of your feelings and behaviors, to empower you to make decisions and take actions toward living a joyful life.

Being an Asian therapist allows me to be more attuned to immigrants and Asian American clients who struggle with identity and cross-culture family dynamics. I also focus on helping professionals to manage stressful city life, overcome loneliness, and achieve self-growth.

I’m trained in psychodynamic and CBT therapy. My style is warm, open, and engaged. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express and explore your thoughts and feelings. I listen and ask questions that will help you think about yourself and your life from a different perspective. Call or email me for a 15-min free consultation.
