About

Hello and welcome. In my telehealth practice, I see adults in virtual individual therapy for a wide range of concerns, which include stress management; mood difficulties; life changes and transitions; relationship conflicts; and cross-cultural challenges. I help my clients develop greater insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; healthier, more effective coping skills; and a stronger, more empowered sense of self. I draw from multiple theoretical approaches, such as client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused, and will tailor my approach to your specific, unique needs.

I create a safe and nonjudgmental space for our work together. In that space, you can expect me to be curious, compassionate, and collaborative. I will ask questions to understand you and your experience better. I will treat you and your story with respect, kindness, and empathy. I will seek your input as we work together to accomplish your therapy goals.

I know that it can be intimidating to reach out for help and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to do just that, thank you for your courage and for inviting me to be part of your journey. Know that you are the pioneer of your own path and I am here to support you and to empower you. To schedule a consultation, please visit my website.
