About

I'm a San Francisco based therapist licensed in California. My bi-cultural background helped me expand my awareness and develop skills around the intersection of cross-cultural issues and relational trauma. I work well with adults who grew up from emotionally unavailable caregivers, couples who struggles with communication/ connection/ intimacy and cross-cultural conflicts. I support clients in connecting with their feelings and authentic selves to build a more balanced and healthier relationship with others and oneself. Together we will aim to transfer your therapeutic progress into any aspect of your life.

My therapeutic style is compassionate, genuine and non-judgmental. I strive to create a collaborative, culturally-competent and trauma-informed therapeutic process for you. I am also a drama therapist, so depending on your readiness/interest, I may integrate embodied, interactive and experiential methods to facilitate insights and expressions.

As a queer Asian therapist holding both privileged and oppressed identities, I value diversity and honor each individual's unique identities and strengths. Call me or send me a brief email today for a free 15-min consultation. We can connect and develop a plan based on your needs.
