Through our direct services, consultation, executive coaching, and conscious learning opportunities, we help organizations, leaders, and practitioners sustain resilience and effectiveness during the deep, necessary, and sometimes uncomfortable work of creating trauma-informed and equity-focused environments. We understand the unique capacities required to address the multigenerational trauma from systemic exclusion and discrimination facing multigenerational Black Americans/descendants of U.S. slaves. Founded in 2014, Youthcentrix is a concierge firm that provides trauma-informed Allied & Behavioral Health (OT, PT, ST, Counseling), implementation consulting, coaching, and an immersive learning lab for uptake of diversity, equity, inclusion, & trauma-informed practices. The work of equity implementation is challenging and rewarding. We welcome inquiries from organizations and practitioners engaged in delivery of culturally responsive systems-level change for equity and well-being for multigenerational Black Americans/descendants of U.S. slaves.
