Independent of my job at MGH/Harvard Medical School as a clinical psychologist, I see clients in my private practice (Psychological Care and Consultancy, PLLC). I have extensive experience treating late teens and adults suffering from anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, stresses associated with relationship and family conflicts, and educational and occupational concerns. I also have experience working with health professionals, high-functioning autism, mild TBI and cognitive problems. I am licensed in MA and RI. I provide culturally sensitive integrative therapy using evidence-based treatments - cognitive behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure, complex grief therapy, trauma-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, attachment-based therapy, and intensive treatment for trauma, grief, and anxiety. You and I will work collaboratively to tailor the sessions and treatment to your individual/relationship needs as they evolve throughout our work together. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment. People I have worked with commented that I have helped them gain skills to overcome past and current challenges and reclaim life.
