About

Resilience is key to living a fulfilled life. Nori aims to foster resilience so that you can overcome hardship and challenges when they happen. Exploring childhood is another therapeutic focus. Our current challenges are very often rooted in childhood. Therefore, processing childhood and fostering resilience tend to have cascading benefits on mental health.

Nori utilizes integrative complex trauma-informed CBT+DBT to address current challenges while exploring their potential roots in attachment/object relations, in a genuine and validating collaborative relationship. Nori spent his postgraduate in neurodevelopmental research gaining knowledge/techniques in effective ways to cultivate resilient minds.

Resilience is not trusting that your life is going to be okay, rather, building trust in your capability that whatever life throws at you, you are going to be okay.
