About

Reaching out for help can be tough, and I’m here to support you. Therapy is a journey that works best when there’s trust, so I strive to create a warm, inclusive space where you can be your true self. Together, we’ll explore whatever you’re facing—whether it’s identity, body image concerns, or finding direction in life. As a trauma-informed therapist, I focus on your safety, empowerment, and well-being. I value the uniqueness of your experiences and am committed to honoring them with respect and cultural humility.

I support LGBTQ+ individuals and those facing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and neurodivergence challenges. My eclectic approach includes CBT, somatic therapy, person-centered, and feminist psychotherapy. Together, we'll focus on thriving, not just surviving. I offer in-person and virtual sessions and assist with insurance navigation.

Remember, you are not alone, and support is available every step of the way. Thank you for considering me as a partner in your therapeutic journey. I look forward to supporting you in realizing your fullest potential and celebrating the beauty of your true self.
