Everyone has a time when they need support and struggle with asking for help. I know this from my own experience and interactions with others. When someone comes to me, I want to be sure that they know that I understand first the difficulty in deciding to ask for help and second that they feel safe enough to trust me with their story, thoughts, and emotions. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with Narrative Therapy to assist you in telling your story and identifying how to change the outcome or rewrite the narrative. I am realistic and tell my clients that healing, changing, and progressing require practice and patience. If you are ready to put the work in, reach out and let's begin.
