As a queer, Chinese, eldest daughter of immigrants, I believe that it is important to hold space for all parts of you, no matter how much pain those parts have internalized. You deserve to reclaim the love that has been denied. I believe that our personal and ancestral pasts inform our present, and that we also have the power to find more freedom and peace around the chapters that are rooted in powerlessness, guilt, fear, and shame. Together, we can collaboratively and creatively tap into your strengths, inner wisdom, and identities in service of living in alignment with your values with a greater sense of agency and authenticity. Whether you're dealing with challenges with self-esteem, depression, shame, dissociation, perfectionism, anxiety, etc., my trauma recovery work comes from a curious, compassionate, and culturally-affirming approach. I will meet you where you are from a place of respect, care, and presence. I work with adults using an eclectic approach, combining somatic parts work, expressive therapies, values-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. I believe in the power of tending to your growth edges, engaging your strengths, engaging your community, and building life-affirming spaces together in service of healing and collective liberation.
