Are you struggling to adapt to new language and environment, academic pressures, peer competition, work or financial stress? Or you notice you’re having conflict with family, spouse, children, friends and struggle to maintain an intimacy relationship? Or you’ve recently gone through major life changes such as marriage, childbirth, losing a loved one or jobs, or being injured. These sudden changes can be overwhelming and pulls you into darkness, bringing a range of emotional experiences (loneliness, depression, frustration, anger, fear, helplessness, guilt, shame, embarrasdoubting your worthiness of love) and causing lifelong trauma.

I will use my clinical skills and evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, IFS, Motivational Interview, Trauma-informed, EMDR, Psychodynamic, Problem-solved) to help you untangle your life story and strength your support system and safety network, practice being mindful, coping skills and stress-management strategies.

If you are experiencing any of these events, I am here to be your safe space, I will listen to you from wherever you choose to start. Love ourselves.
