About

More than 20 years of experience working with people who suffer from co-occurring disorders including trauma, substance use, depression and anxiety. Ms. Yejide Muhammad is a BIPOC therapist and she has an extensive work history specializing in working with Women and Children and offering services in residential treatment, and outpatient settings. Many of these individuals and families are challenged by multiple stressors including homelessness, lack of income, involvement with the criminal justice system, and involvement with State agencies such as DCYF.

Ye's Center for Healing and Development is a safe haven, and a place of refuge for Men and Women to receive support, individual and group counseling. Ms. Muhammad is a BIPOC therapist, and supportive of Consumers whom have been traumatized by racism, racial hatred, the open season on murdering Black Men, and collaborating with others in identifying solution

We aim to serve Adults who are suffering from depression, anxiety, and substance use, and to aid in the healing process. Our success is determined by our participants growth, development, and evolution toward freedom and a fulfilling lifestyle. All are welcomed, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
