I believe that we all strive to be more authentic in our lives but sometimes get lost along the way. Together, you and I will explore your concerns at your pace and try to get more clarity. I work with individuals and how they view themselves, others, and their world. I am committed to working with you to foster greater insight and improve your agency in your life. I also collaborate with people in relationships to help them reconnect and communicate better. I'm also getting trained in sex therapy, as well as couples' therapy. I have experience providing psychotherapy to diverse adults from women and families fleeing domestic abuse to active duty members and veterans. Issues of interest include trauma, anxiety, combat/ post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, life transitions, substance abuse, relationship challenges, and more. I'm trilingual, fluent in Arabic, French, and English. Having been raised abroad, I am very interested in cross-cultural challenges, non-traditional relationships, navigating sexual orientation and gender issues (LGBTQ+). Your feedback is valuable to me and I will check in with you to keep us on track.
