I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to providing culturally-sensitive and evidence-based therapy for adults 18 and older. I take an empathic, client-centered approach to meet each of my clients where they are at. Based on your identity, background, and needs, I prefer a collaborative, "tough love" approach to support you in your journey to create meaningful change and become the best version of yourself. My specialty areas include relationship challenges, identity development and esteem, sleep issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. In my experience working with marginalized communities, I recognize that role of culture and identity on mental health.
