About

“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean, in a drop.” – Rumi I hold a deep commitment to creating a welcoming, supportive, and collaborative space using individualized and integrative approaches. "Integrative" means that I carefully choose and sequence evidence-based interventions from a number of therapies and schools of thought to get you, your child, and/or your family feeling better as quickly as possible. By tailoring interventions to meet your needs, I hope to promote positive healing and long-lasting change. View 6 Photos

Treating and supporting children is magical! I love being invited into the realm of adventure and creativity as I work with little ones who are trying to make sense of the world, themselves, their feelings, and their relationships.

I also prioritize evaluating systemic and cultural factors, such as power dynamics, injustice, and privilege, which impact mental health and overall well-being. Addressing these complex dynamics can help bring clarity to what influences individual, familial, and community behaviors and relationships.
