Making the decision to make a change can be one of the most difficult things we experience. Going through a loss, including the losses that often go unrecognized can impact us in different ways. Our accumulated experiences can also shape how we feel, think, interact, and relate to ourselves and others. Internal conflicts can bring about anxiety that may feel insurmountable. Gaining awareness of how things play out in our lives can be invaluable. My counseling background places emphasis on a Person-centered, Humanistic, and Strengths-focused approach. I utilize the depth of Psychodynamic Therapy and integrate other therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based techniques, based on the client's needs. I strive to build a trusting relationship where you can speak openly, better understand patterns, and develop new ways of responding and navigating challenges. Together, we can look at what you are experiencing with curiosity and compassion, as we work towards your goals.
