If you are a parent or caregiver of an adolescent or teenager who is struggling with specific emotions, anxiety, stress, and behavioral issues; or who has experienced trauma, grief, and difficult family transitions, I can help. I work diligently to build a trusting environment where teens feel safe to process problems and explore solutions. I can help find balance and work through some of life’s big stressors while providing a secure place clients want to be in to talk, get real about what’s going on, and work through what they are dealing with. I’ve spent the majority of my career working with adolescents, teens and their families in a variety of counseling settings including outpatient, residential, and school settings.
