I specialize in treating anxiety disorders (generalized, social, panic, phobias, OCD). Anxiety is adaptive, but it can become draining and interfere with enjoyable, meaningful, or necessary activities. Over the past 8 years, I have helped clients experience relief from this type of anxiety and resume activities they value. I also have expertise in working with autistic individuals (e.g., to reduce anxiety and improve mood, social skills, and relationships) and their parents. In addition, I enjoy providing family therapy to help families navigate transitions, improve communication, and experience closer connections. Prior to joining CPG, I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology, trained at CBT specialty clinics, and completed my predoctoral internship at Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. I also do research to improve diagnosis and develop evidence-based treatments. I look forward to learning more about what you’re looking for and partnering to support your or your family's journey towards emotional wellbeing. If you are interested in working together, please reach out to our clinic (Cambridge Psychology Group) to get started.
