About

Hello there. Welcome to my little part of the website. I’m so happy you’re here. I’m Xuan (English pronunciation Sue Anne). In life, there are times, places and spaces where we may feel unheard, unseen, and overlooked. Unfortunately those feelings are multiplied when marginalized identities such as race, gender identity, and ability status come into play. As a first generation disabled Asian American, I bring all of my identities to the table without shame and encourage others to as well. When we bring our whole authentic selves to the table, we are giving permission for others to do the same.

I have extensive experience in career counseling and have spent a great number of those years creating spaces of belonging for those identifying with a disability in spaces of employment. Additionally, as a disabled person, I come with knowledge and community resources for those who have access needs or need support navigating through ableist systems.

So I invite you to connect, share space, and break bread with me. Let’s see if we’re the right fit. Whether or not you decide to share this part of your journey with me, I hope you find a space where you can be seen and authentically known.
