Thank you for reviewing my profile. If you are experiencing overwhelming anxiety, deteriorated sleep, eating, social dysfunction due to school, employment, immigration related problems; or relationship difficulties related to work, original family, interracial relationship, you come to the right place for help. My current clientele include teens/young women who are suffering from poor self image and esteem; undergraduate/graduate students from Ivy League and other private colleges who are frustrated from achieving their academic and social goals; and Chinese-American interracial couples struggling with their intimacy difficulties. I have acquired an eclectic educational background and 21 years of experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment. My approaches are a combination of estern philosophy/holistic/mindfulness practice and evidence based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamics, attachment, solution focused, strength based therapy. I'm Mandarin bilingual, have lived in both Communist and Capitalist societies. Adaptation is a central theme in my personal life, and a bridge to adaption is the cornerstone of my professional endeavors. It is my sincere hope that our conversations will serve to enrich and enhance your life, to empower your ability to meet with new challenges.
