The prospect of healing trauma or moving through big life transitions can seem daunting. When we’ve experienced trauma, it can rob us of our sense of self, creativity, contentment and ability to take healthy risks. At Embrace the Multiplicity Counseling, I provide you a safe, non-judgmental space where you’ll learn skills to build resiliency and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that grief and trauma have obscured. It is an honor to be a part of your path to self-discovery and wholeness. I utilize a multidisciplinary approach informed by Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Psychodrama, Yoga, Meditation practice and Systems Thinking. Creativity is an essential component in facing any challenge life presents. I strive to use our sessions as a training ground for you to be more creative as a means to live more freely. My sense of humor, care, authenticity, creativity and working-class sensibility has made me a unique and competent therapist. There is no issue too big or too small. I offer hours on Sundays and evenings to help accommodate busy, modern life, and offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to determine if we’re a good fit.
