Maya Angelou once said "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." This powerful quote resonates deeply with me and guides my approach to therapy. I am committed to helping clients explore their past narratives, challenge unhelpful core beliefs, and develop alternative thought processes. Together, we work to change patterns of behavior that no longer serve them, fostering a sense of clarity and confidence in the steps ahead. In our sessions, I prioritize creating a nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive atmosphere. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic process, meeting clients where they are in their journey and tailoring our work to their unique goals and needs. My practice specializes in grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, and life transitions.
