So many of us can identify with having difficulty concentrating, making decisions, motivating, and following through. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, ADHD, high-stress careers, the entertainment industry, relationships and life transitions. I work with my clients to identify strengths and blocks; build executive functioning, coping skills, and self-esteem; move towards goals; and create lasting change. Life is stressful...
