Just because you can manage on your own doesn’t mean you have to. Sometimes just having a sounding board or a helping hand can get you where you want to be. I would love to support you through this process and offer some evidence-based strategies for navigating these challenges. Things won't change overnight, but I also don't prescribe to the notion that therapy always takes years. I like to set incremental goals that can be achieved within a few months or even weeks. Once they have been met, we reassess and can build on those goals, set new ones, or conclude therapy!

Everyone has their own unique experience with therapy but for the most part, I use a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which focuses on our thought patterns and how they impact our perception. I tend to focus on values and use psychoeducation to understand how our brains work and to align our actions with what is most important to us.

I am here because I am passionate about sharing tools I have learned and used with many others to improve their lives. I serve adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health concerns.
