About

NEW availability for child and adult evaluations. I specialize in neuropsychology and apply knowledge of brain-behavior relationships to evidence-based therapies. My training and work have been at academic medical centers, such as Columbia University, Stony Brook Medicine, Hackensack Neuroscience Institute, NYU Langone Health, and the Veteran's Administration. My clinical and academic teaching positions include Hackensack Meridian Health, Hamilton Madison House, Pace, CUNY, and William Paterson University.

Areas of expertise include ADHD, executive functioning, habit-building, anxiety, depression, life transitions, Long COVID, FND, PTSD, and sleep disorders. My published research includes several of the above. I am currently investigating the evaluation and rehabilitation treatment in Long COVID and associated conditions.

While everyone is unique, my approach to treatment generally entails cognitive-behavioral and trauma-focused approaches to help the person understand the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so that they can ultimately gain better control and improve their quality of life. I'm friendly and responsive, so feel free to reach out!
