Hi, I'm Will. I'm glad you are here. Seeking help can be overwhelming when you are struggling just to get through the day. I hope to make the process a little easier for you. I have lots of experience working with all kinds of people suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, unwanted substance use, bipolar disorder, relationship issues and more. You want to feel better, to stop worrying about the future and rehashing the past, to move through what keeps you stuck in distress, to feel freedom, and some measure of peace. I am confident that therapy can help. My approach is open, conversational, and strengths-based. I view clients holistically, with attention to things like diet, sleep and exercise, as well as self-talk, false beliefs about self and others, relationships. As a mindfulness teacher, I encourage clients to learn how to be present in their mind/bodies and observe experience without judgment. Taking the step to seek therapy is courageous and kind. It's important that you find someone with skills, and also someone who's a good fit for you. I look forward to finding out how I can be helpful. I am currently seeing clients in-person and virtually, which is convenient, and effective. I hope you will contact me to find out how I can help you.
