Hello! My name is Will and I have been practicing for the past 9 years with all ages and all reasons. I am a licensed mental health counselor in both MA and NY. I work most often with clients on men's issues, marital therapy, anxiety, depression, addiction, and processing traumatic life events. I aim to provide a warm regard, with clear, actionable steps to help you achieve growth and healing. I believe in holistic well-being and practice with a multifaceted therapeutic approach. My approach is to work both on identifying the root cause and introducing practical coping skills. I tend to begin with a strategic, goal setting focus. I practice with a synthesis of styles, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma focused, and strengths based.
