About

Everyone experiences difficult times in life and can feel unsure how to navigate through. I guide clients to overcome obstacles and challenges. My belief is that we hold the power within ourselves to make necessary positive changes. I empower individuals to come up with their own solutions and learn to channel intuition. This enables clients to move forward in life with confidence. All that is required is a little bit of motivation and willingness.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients, such as those who are experiencing symptoms related to substance use, anxiety, depression, attachment-related issues, relationship issues, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I also have experience in working with Veterans suffering from PTSD.

I am trained in a variety of Evidence-Based techniques that I utilize with clients on an individualized basis dependent on their specific needs. I am skilled at using elements of modalities such as motivational interviewing (MI), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). In addition, I am also very familiar with the 12-step model of substance recovery.
