About

My therapeutic approach supports a centering of the individual to draw upon their foundational ideas of self. We all experience times when we struggle to make sense of, cope with, and bring forward our best selves. I love helping clients unpack what is most challenging in their lives. Through our past exploration of built-upon themes and skills, a different sense of presence can feel more capable with additional ways of interacting to support your goals.

I am focused on ensuring that my clients have a safe and inviting space in which to share how they cope with challenging situations across safety, belonging, mattering and connection. Our trusted relationship supports 'being' through self-assessing and encourages the exploration of identifying with a greater sense of meaningfulness and fulfillment.

We will utilize in-session, relational interventions to approach expressions and increase awareness to identify with oneself: body, mind, and spirit- leveraging therapeutic modes including blending functional support to trauma-informed cognitive thinking styles which can interfere with the soma- or bodies, sensate(feeling/behaving) integrative practices.
