I am a doctoral intern at Birch Hill Behavioral Health, where I'm passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate their healing journey. I'm currently completing my PsyD in Clinical Psychology at William James College. Before joining Birch Hill, I provided individual and group therapy at St. Mary’s Home for Boys in Oregon, working with juvenile offenders, and I provided individual therapy at the Community Caring Clinic in Massachusetts. These experiences ignited my dedication to supporting individuals who have experienced acute and complex trauma. I specialize in trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and externalizing behaviors. I use evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and collaborative environment where my clients feel empowered to take an active role in their healing. Whether you're facing trauma, major life changes, or challenges with anxiety, I’m here to help you work through these experiences and regain a sense of control and well-being.
